• While you retain ownership of your custom implementations and modifications, the core CineThink platform and templates remain the property of seedance2video.pro.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using CineThink:

• Unauthorized access to or distribution of our proprietary code and templates
• Reselling or redistributing CineThink templates without authorization
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to bypass any security features of the service
• Attempting to generate sexually explicit (NSFW), pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Attempting to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights
• Attempting to circumvent or manipulate our platform or provider moderation systems

Content Moderation Policy

CineThink integrates with AI video generation providers, including Seedance 2.0. User-submitted prompts for image or video generation are screened before generation using platform-level content safety controls, including Creem Moderation API and safeguards from our AI generation providers. Prompts that are rejected or flagged will not be sent to the generation model.

Our moderation systems may refuse generation requests involving:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights or copyrights
• Content that promotes violence, hatred, or illegal activities
• Any other content that violates applicable laws, regulations, or platform safety policies

We use these safeguards to maintain a safe and legally compliant platform. CineThink is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ByteDance, Creem, Stripe, or any AI model provider. Any attempt to circumvent these content moderation protections may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Privacy and Data Collection

CineThink collects the following types of data:

• Usage Details: Data related to your activity on our service

Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or billing errors.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods unless your request meets the criteria outlined in our Refund Policy above.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties
