Seedance 2.5 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ByteDance, Creem, Stripe, Vercel, or any AI model provider.

Use of the Service

Seedance 2.5 provides AI video workflow tools, prompt resources, examples, and generation features. You agree to use the service only in accordance with applicable laws, these Terms, and any safety rules shown in the product.

User Accounts and Registration

1. Account Creation: Certain features require an account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

User Content and Generated Output

• Bypass, manipulate, or interfere with moderation, payment, security, rate limits, or platform protections.
• Resell, scrape, duplicate, or redistribute the service, prompt library, or website content without authorization.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt service availability.

Content Moderation Policy

Seedance 2.5 uses platform-level content safety controls before generation. User-submitted prompts and related inputs may be screened by Creem Moderation API and by safeguards from our AI generation providers. Prompts that are rejected or flagged will not be sent to the generation model.

Our moderation systems may refuse generation requests involving:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Content that promotes violence, hatred, harassment, exploitation, self-harm, illegal activity, or abuse.
• Any other content that violates applicable laws, platform safety rules, or provider policies.

Any attempt to bypass these content moderation protections may result in account suspension or termination.

Privacy and Data Collection

Seedance 2.5 collects and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy. This may include account information, usage details, device information, cookies, payment metadata, prompts, uploaded inputs, and generation-related data.

Pricing, Payments, and Credits

• Prices, plans, credits, and feature access may change with notice where required.
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan or purchase.
• Payments are processed by Creem and its payment infrastructure providers.
• Credits or generation access may be consumed when you submit eligible generation requests, subject to the rules shown in the product.

Refund Policy

All purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law. We may review refund requests case by case for technical issues, duplicate payments, or billing errors.

To request a refund, contact support@seedance2video.pro with your order details. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription from your account settings when subscription management is available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial-period refunds are not provided unless required by law or approved under our Refund Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe your use violates these Terms, creates legal or safety risk, disrupts the service, or harms other users, providers, or our business.

Disclaimer of Warranties
